Right now, even more so than ever, people are starting to question their dreams, wants, and needs. It is my personal goal to encourage the re-establishment of those ideals. I wanted to start, from the very beginning, with no limitations so I could provide the absolute best service for my clients. I became a REALTOR® to increase my trust and competency levels, and also gained the designation as International Real Estate Specialist.
As an International agent, I can list properties around the world by enlisting co-promoters. With approximately 40,000 people relocating to Dallas and Collin Counties per year, I feel it is very important to showcase your homes to non- local buyers. But let's not forget the ones looking to purchase a vacation home or investment property! Last year, 40% of real estate sold was in the second home market.
